The Underpressure Process

 Under Pressure specializes in providing guaranteed protection for your brick paver and concrete surfaces. We will walk you through the entire process. We will provide a free estimate including square footage and cost of project. All of our estimates include materials!

Our Process:
The first day, we utilize our hot water pressure cleaning system to remove all foreign bodies from the surface including gum, soil, weeds, sprinkler staining, rust and petroleum products. Depending on the dwell time and chemistry of some stains, we may not be capable of removing all stains. Keep in mind we carry many stain removal products specific to your needs. We will degrease and rinse. Once the driveway is prepared for sealing, it must dry 24-48 hours without rain and sprinkler spray.
We will return to your property once the pavers have been allowed to dry completely to blow the surface clean and begin the sealing process. During this time property owners should remain inside or away from the home to reduce the risk of injury. Under Pressure recommends that property owners schedule any landscaping, pool service or other similar services prior to our start date or more than 24 hours after our service is completed. No vehicle traffic is allowed until the driveway has been sealed and dry for 24 hours. We will also return and resand pavers at the customers request.
