	Pressure Cleaning Under Pressure has been providing full service pressure cleaning for commercial and residential property owners in South Florida since early 2006. We currently maintain many of the restaurants and gas stations in the area. If you are a property owner/manager interested in hiring a company to preserve the appearance and value of your home, business, shopping plaza or other structure, we can work together to develop a plan that works for you. We provide restaurants with a monthly service. This service includes, but is not limited to, hot water pressure cleaning and degreasing of all sidewalks, walkways, dumpster areas, curbs and parking stones. We have a "No Gum Guarantee", If you find a piece of gum the morning after our service, our service is free and we will come back to remove anything we missed. All restaurants are cleaned during closing hours and are usually done at night between 11 p.m. and 9 a.m. Restaurants must sign a 1 year contract and are required to make payment upon our arrival. We also clean awnings, windows and provide hood filter cleaning. Gas Stations are usually done on a monthly basis. In addition to the services listed above, pumps and pillars can be included at the customers request. Service is provided between 11 a.m. and 4 a.m. during slower traffic hours to ensure the safety of our crew and your customers. The work area is surrounded with safety cones and employees wear uniforms and reflective safety gear. Give us a call! Shopping Plazas are usually done at night or Sundays when traffic is lightest. We provide cleaning of any flat concrete, curbs, parking stones, exterior wall and window casings. Each plaza is unique and we will work with you for the most effective plan.
