Chemical Roof Cleaning

Under Pressure does not Pressure clean roofs! We treat roofs for algae, mold and mildew. We treat our customers homes with an exclusive chemical mixture, cleaning on contact with the pressure of an open garden hose. Our process attacks the algae at the root dissolving naturally and leaving behind a preventative treatment. Our treatment will remain on the surface, penetrate the tile to attach itself to the spores making it's way to the root leaving behind a spotless surface with future protection. Our product will spend the next 30 days cleaning and dissolving all strains of algae, mold and mildew. NO PRESSURE! NO HEAVY EQUIPMENT! TOTAL ALGAE REMOVAL!

Landscaping Concerns: Special Care of Landscaping is where we differentiate ourselves from other contractors who just spray and go. We will cover all landscaping in areas highly threatened by chemical runoff. Homes without gutter systems or inadequate gutters require special attention. Our care is individually tailored to each homeowners needs. Areas more prone to dehydration and overspray will be tended by a man on the ground irrigating the plants. Some homes will have some browning of grass directly underneath the edge of the roof structure. These grasses and plants will regenerate and grow normally within two weeks. We do our best to communicate with our customers the importance of running the sprinkler system before and after our treatment for at least 30 min.
